Our client is a privately held Engineering services and consulting firm providing end-to-end Technical Publication services (Services, Consulting, Training & Placement) to high-tech and regulated industries involved in design, production and Maintenance of complex engineering equipment.
The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru.
- He/She will be responsible for lead generation, building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and have excellent communication skills.
- Additionally, the Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all customer queries and issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
Ideal Candidate
- Prior experience in a similar role (2 - 4 years of experience).
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in customer service and relationship building is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, willing to learn and a strong team player.
