Inside Sales Specialist - Education (0-5 yrs)
Specific Duties/Responsibilities :
- Dial out-bound sales call.
- Contact the consumers from the given data-base and promote the product.
- Team Lead will be Hands-on for first 3 months of joining, & eventually build and lead the team .
- Understand the customer requirement thoroughly and pitch UrbanPro product/service accordingly.
- Meet the daily/weekly/monthly & quarterly targets.
- Good Communication skills in English & Hindi.
Skills/Experience Requirements :
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Should have Excellent Communication & Convincing skills.
- Prior experience in tele-sales process, selling products directly to consumer.
- Good at identifying and prioritization tasks which results in achieving the targets.
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated.
