Inside Sales Specialist (0-3 yrs)
Job description :
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads
- Effectively present and articulate product/service features and their associated benefits
- Identify and understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records are maintained in the CRM system
- Meet individual sales targets while actively contributing to team objectives
- Maintain a customer-centric mindset in this target-driven role
Required Skills & Experience :
- 0 to 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role
- Hindi Language is a must .
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi to effectively engage with customers
- Possess a sales and target-driven mindset, coupled with exceptional relationship-building
abilities
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in working with CRM software and sales tools
