Inside Sales Role - Travel Package (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for Female/Male Sales Executive/Travel Consultant (Sales) to monitor & develop sales strategies and a revenue driven, target based individual with a "Can Do" attitude. Candidate should have the ability to analyses customer behavior to support client acquisition and retention through customer enquiries and feedback and should acquires sales through the generation and follow-up of leads. The purpose of the role is to promote sales of the Travel, Tourism and related lines of business.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Meets with clients to determine travel needs, budgets and preferences.
- Sells and coordinates transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours and activities.
- Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.
- Collects payments, books travel arrangements and pays applicable fees.
- Acquisition of new clients.
- Ensuring targets are met in a timely manner
Job Requirements :
- Bachelors or any equivalent Degree in Travel & Tourism will be preferred
- 1-2 Years work experience as sales in Travel Domain.
- Candidate should be innovative and resourceful, and keeps well-informed of the company's products and services.
- Candidate should uses such knowledge to tailor solutions which meet clients' requirements.
- Required strong communication and interpersonal skills, to build excellent rapport with clients and drive retention.
- Candidate should commutes often to maintain rapport with potential and existing clients, and to close sales leads.
