Inside Sales Role - Solution (1-5 yrs)
1. Identifying business prospects and reach out to domestic/international customers for company's telecom based web/mobile based applications and solutions via Phone / Email.
2. Understand product sale opportunities with customers by understanding their business and suggesting best suitable products and solutions.
3. Maintain high level of customer engagement, relationship and proactive engagement with customers to identify opportunities and retention.
4. Should have good communication skills and a team player.
5. Experience in software sales / sales experience with a technical background an advantage.
