Inside Sales Role - SaaS Firm (4-6 yrs)
About Client : The client is a SaaS-based intelligent mobile marketing platform headquartered in Sunnyvale, California. The Product helps its clients understand how their users are using their apps/website and provide deep behaviour insights. It also engages with users via personalised push notifications, in-app notifications, emails, web, SMS and browser notifications. TheProduct runs pre-built smart campaigns that auto engages with users based on their lifecycle stage.
Reporting to : Inside Sales Role
- Graduate with 4-6 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales with tool knowledge of Hubspot, Outreach, Salesforce or any other email CRM or Sales cadence tool.
- A person coming from Product/tech background. B2B selling experience.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails along with ABM
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate field sales rep. for further development and closure
- Understand and articulate the Client's messaging and be able to generate the prospect's interest
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Qualify and setup Discovery meetings and calls between prospective clients and the field team
Location : Mumbai
Nice to have : Someone who is excited to beat the numbers and uses data to drive results. Metrics are driven and acts as a strong bridge between marketing and sales.
