Position Summary :

- We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Monjin and help drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, making outbound calls, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, exceptional communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate new leads.

2. Contact potential customers through cold calling and email campaigns.

3. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

4. Qualify leads by understanding their needs and requirements.

5. Communicate the value proposition of Monjin's products and services to potential customers.

6. Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

8. Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and market trends.

9. Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive

Targets and KPIs :

- Sales revenue : Increase sales revenue by 20% compared to the previous quarter or year.

- Sales conversion rate : Increase the conversion rate by 5% compared to the previous quarter or year.

- Average deal size : Increase the average deal size by 10% compared to the previous quarter or year.

- Call volume : Make 50 calls per day or 250 calls per week.

- Sales pipeline : Maintain a sales pipeline of 100 opportunities with an average deal size of $10,000 or more.

- Customer retention : Increase customer retention rate by 10% compared to the previous quarter or year.

- Lead generation : Generate 100 leads per week through various channels like email, social media, and cold calling.

- Sales cycle : Decrease the sales cycle by 10% compared to the previous quarter or year.

- Activity tracking : Track all sales activities and update the CRM system daily with the required information.

- Quota attainment: Achieve 100% of the sales quota set for the quarter or year.

- Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more local Indian languages
