Inside Sales Role - Recruitment Agency (2-6 yrs)

Job Description :


- Mobilisation and sourcing - to the exact job specs provided by the employer

- Screenings and interviews - including language and soft skills filters

- All paperwork for work permits and visas

- Any trainings and up-skilling required by the employer

- Pre-departure culture training

- Support to the employer and candidate in the destination country.

Requirement:

- Any Graduate

- 2 - 6 years- experience with passion for sales over telephonic/ video calls.

- Experience of selling high end international courses, study abroad programs, higher education, international immigration would be highly preferable.

- Strong command over English with ability to speak in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil or Kannada is an added advantage.

- Comfortable with giving presentations to large/ small audiences.

- Open to work from the office & travel, if required.

- Location: Noida/ Remote

- Assertive & persuasive

- Strong personal conviction & influencing skills

- Ability to think on feet.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to :

- Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned products and services to Explain the opportunity, benefits and establish Magic Billion's USP to potential candidates looking to jobs internationally.

- Conduct webinars, identify new sources to generate qualified leads.

- Call & qualify the right candidate for the position as per the requirement from the employers.

- Engage with the candidate, counsel and resolve queries from the first call and handhold the candidate throughout the interview & documentation process.

- Ensure completion of documentation process, including loan application, if required.

- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets with respect to volume and revenue.

- Update daily, weekly reports & CRM as required.
