Inside Sales Role - Marketing Services (2-7 yrs)
Job Overview :
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative with a strong background in engineering and expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth through effective communication, relationship building, and leveraging SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.
Inside Sales :
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Nurture leads through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closure.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions effectively.
SEO Expertise :
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the company's online presence and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and recommend on-page and off-page optimizations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and search engine algorithms to ensure effective SEO practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
Technical Understanding :
- Leverage engineering background to comprehend and communicate technical aspects of products or services.
- Work closely with the product development team to stay informed about new features and enhancements.
- Translate technical information into customer-friendly language during sales interactions.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a technical or engineering-focused environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO with a successful track record of improving online visibility and search rankings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
