Inside Sales Role - IT (3-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to leads received and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Handle inbound customer calls and schedule appointments according to the sales team's availability.
- Conduct cold calling from various databases to schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Effectively sell our services over the phone and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements :
- Female candidate required.
- Excellent command of English, Marathi, and Hindi is essential.
- Proficiency in using Excel and other CRM functions.
- At least 3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
