Inside Sales Role - IT (3-6 yrs)

Position title : IT Inside Sales Representative

CTC : 5- 6 LPA

Experience : 3-5 years

Location : Bangalore

Working Mode : On-Site

Primary skills : IT Hardware & software sales, B2B sales, B2C sales and End to End sales.

Qualification : Any Engineering/Computers degree

Responsibilities :

- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective B2B and B2C clients to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate IT solutions.

- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

- Educate clients about the features and benefits of our IT infrastructure, software solutions, SAAS products, and cloud services.

- Provide pre-sales support by conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals and addressing customer inquiries.

- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products and services in the market.

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to drive sales growth.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and network with potential clients.

Requirements :


- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure and solution service sales, preferably in an enterprise environment.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of IT-based hardware and software solutions, cloud services and SAAS products.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- Proficiency in cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting techniques.

- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
