Inside Sales Role - IT (3-4 yrs)
- Research new accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in prospective clients through Email Campaigns, LinkedIn, social networking, and tele calling.
- Generating new opportunities by working closely with the Sales Head, Product, Marketing, and Field Sales teams
- Appointment setting primarily through Email, LinkedIn, and Cold calling to prospective clients across Pan India and generating new Lead opportunities.
- Execute targeted Email campaigns and reach key decision-makers in target companies.
- Having knowledge of IT Services, Cloud Applications, and Digital Solutions.
- Manage and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database
- Actively update and document activities in the CRM.
- Leverage sales enablement tools and CRM to prospect into specific geographic territories and Industry Verticals.
- Responsible for nurturing the leads and connecting with potential customers/ clients to pitch company products & services, and provide a holistic view of the services of the company.
- Strong ability to understand the Indian customer needs via curiosity, asking open-ended questions and active listening
- Sales driven & customer-oriented focus
- Team player with collaboration skills, and experience working with sales, marketing, and operations teams
- The role will require telephonic and email selling skills, coupled with the ability to use LinkedIn and other social channels for finding and connecting with prospects; Strong spoken and written communication skills are essential
- A growth mindset, demonstrated quota achievement and/or track record of success in prior roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have fluent Business English language skills, additional language a plus
- Effective prioritizing and multitasking and a team player.
