Inside Sales Role - IT (2-5 yrs)
- Identifying prospects and generating qualified leads for the direct sales team.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly communication, leads and appointment targets.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective accounts and contacts.
- Proactively make direct calls and schedule meetings with decision making contacts.
- Generates qualified leads through outbound calling, emails, references, networking.
- Build and maintain relationship with multi-level decision making contacts.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of MicroGenesis solutions, target market segment etc.
- Coordinating and participating in marketing campaigns and related activities.
- Document and update all activities and customer interactions in CRM system
- Work closely and collaboratively within and outside of immediate team
- 3-5 years- experience in Inside Sales/ Marketing of software products/Services in B2B environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing or appropriate field.
- Track record in lead generation for IT solutions and services in multiple geographies
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
- Ability to build connections with CXO / VP / GM level executives
- Hands-on experience prospecting, cold calling, database building and lead generation.
- Familiar with a wide range of marketing practices and lead generation tactics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal oriented and collaborative work environment.
- Must have good industry network and existing relationship with C-level contacts.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other related applications.
- Highly adaptable, process oriented, result driven, quick learner and team player.
- Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational and relationship building skills.
- High motivation, initiative, enthusiasm, integrity, discipline and commitment.
