Inside Sales Role - IT (2-10 yrs)
Responsibilities & Qualification :
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
- Prior experience in selling Cloud or CyberSecurity Services/Solutions in the North American region is a must.
1. Sales and Business Development :
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and email campaigns.
- Develop a deep understanding of cloud products and services to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies for cloud solutions.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations

Key Responsibilities :

Market Research and Analysis :
- Stay abreast of market trends in cloud and security technology and competitor strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and product improvements.
Sales Targets and Performance Tracking :
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track key sales metrics and report performance to management.
Cybersecurity Evangelism :
- Act as a Cybersecurity evangelist, educating and inspiring potential clients about the advantages of security solutions.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and workshops as a representative of the company.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the cloud technology sector.
- Strong understanding of cloud services (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and the broader technology landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
