Inside Sales Role - IT (1-7 yrs)
Compunnel Inc is hiring for Inside Sales Representative for Noida/Chandigarh!!
Responsibilities & Qualification :
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a result driven approach
- Prior experience in MSP Sales, U.S. Staffing Sales, IT Sales, Solution Selling, SAAS Sales in North America Region is a must.
Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Prospecting : Identify & Map the right target accounts & POCs
Lead Generation : Perform various sales outreach methodologies to engage and schedule new meetings
Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers & influencers. Provide exceptional service and maintain regular communication with prospects & clients.
Sales Target : Meet and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets & quotas
Reporting : Adept in maintaining accurate records of sales activities, leads & opportunities in the CRM.
Shift : 6 PM-3 AM (Cab faculty)
