Inside Sales Role - IT (1-6 yrs)

IT Hardware & Networking Industry-

Job Responsibilities :

- The candidate will be responsible for selling IT infrastructure related Networking / Security / Storage /Virtualization/ Data Center solutions.

- Develop relationships through phone, email, social media and professional networking with customers.

- Prospect revenue opportunities (cold call) and build a pipeline to chase monthly/quarterly targets.

- Develop account relationships and close sales quickly.

- Build a strong client relationship and grow accounts to their maximum potential.

- Introduce the products, understand prospects hiring needs, share relevant proposals, negotiate, close the deal, after-sales service and renew the subscription.

- Coordinate with different departments and act like the customer's point of contact to ensure all queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately.

- Manage the complete sales cycle independently.

- The individual will develop and execute sales plans for target accounts and need to have demonstrated experience in a similar domain

- Responsible for Business Development - to map and bring new business /large customer accounts.

- Establish a professional working relationship with decision-makers and C-Level to develop a core understanding of the client's unique business needs.

- Preparation of Pre-Bid Queries and attending the pre-bid meetings

- Preparation of BOM / BOQ and presenting to the client.

- Timely submission of proposal with compliance as tender requirements Tracking of tenders which are in line with our focus areas.

- Exposure and experience in selling to Corporate / Enterprise / SME customer

- This position requires excellent communication- written & Interpersonal and good organizational skills.

- Will be required to assume complete responsibility of tracking, creating and maintaining all bids & proposals.

- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and knowledge of social marketing

- Strong skills in making creative Presentations

- Experience of working in Public Health will be added advantage
