Inside Sales Role - IT (1-10 yrs)
- Plan, organize and conduct key initiatives such as lead generation activities to acquire new customers.
- Define, plan, and execute telemarketing and voice of customer campaigns in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Field Sales team.
- Partnering with cross-functional departments to process customer related needs (delivery, invoicing, claims, etc.)
- Schedule, coordinate, prepare, and track Sales Review Meetings.
- Customer relationship management, including active exhibition participation and visit of key customers with the sales team.
- Occasional travel to customers & exhibitions; total expected to be 10%.
