Inside Sales Role - IT (0-2 yrs)

Spoors, an enterprise SaaS startup is looking for Inside Sales Representatives to sell its Product EFFORT (An extremely innovative no-code platform to build workforce management Apps and Workflow Apps), EFFORT is used by more than 150 customers across 10 Verticals and Geographies. The job will be an excellent career step for people who want to see a start-up gain serious traction with its product, see the company grow and scale from 70 to 250 employees in the next two years. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be well organized and have a plan for working across the territory. Start by calling into new leads, qualifying the leads, developing the opportunity, creating value, presenting solutions, and closing new business. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with great networking abilities to maintain and grow the business relationships.

THE ROLE :

Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our sales team, selling enterprise SaaS offerings. ISRs are responsible for working closely with our Sales and Pre-sales team to develop and execute successful sales strategies and tactics to meet annual and quarterly sales targets, Any previous selling experience is preferred but not mandatory.

What you'll be doing :

- Identifying, Prospecting, developing and selling Spoors Platform.

- Working within the sales and pre-sales team to develop winning strategies and tactics including refining the process of lead screening and qualification.

- Consistently prospecting for new business and building your sales pipeline through individual, outbound efforts.

- Promptly responding to and qualifying inbound leads generated through marketing channels.

- Effectively presenting and demonstrating Spoors Platform to prospects via Telecalling and Collaboration Tools.

- Collaborating with Sales Engineers to develop technical solutions to meet prospect needs.

- Meeting and exceeding your monthly pipeline development goals.

- Meeting and exceeding your annual and quarterly sales quota.

- Supporting new market identification, validation and expansion efforts.

- Continuously seeking new ways to grow and develop both professionally and personally.

What we need to see :

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent

- 0-2 years of experience in a Sales Role

- Right attitude and learning abilities in a fast paced sales environment.

- A strong work ethic and understanding that self-discipline and hard work are a minimum standard for success in Sales

- Proven ability to learn and execute a sales process

- Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to explain and demonstrate a technical product to both decision makers and end-users

- Familiarity with modern sales engagement and automation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Hangouts

- A strong team player, comfortable working up, down and across organizations, internally and externally, to create success for yourself and your teammates
