Inside Sales Role - Hospitality (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients in both English and Spanish, providing product information and support as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies targeted at the LatAm market.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and consumer preferences.
- Support the sales team with various tasks, including scheduling meetings, following up with leads, and maintaining sales records.
- Participate in creating sales materials such as presentations and product demos in Spanish.
- Provide insights into cultural nuances to tailor the approach for the LatAm market.
- Help translate and localize marketing materials and communication for Spanish- speaking clients.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in software sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships easily.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Capable of taking initiative, working independently, and collaborating with a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Must be available to work 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
