Position : Front Desk - Inside Sales

Experience : 2 to 6 years
Industry : Wellness / Fitness / Spa / Cosmetics / Sports / Retail
Salary : Max 3.2 lacs
Gender : Female/Male (Preferably Female)
Responsibilities :
Membership Renewal :
- Follow up for membership renewals 2 months before the expiry of the membership date
- Accountability and responsibility for client retention and satisfaction through establishing and maintaining service excellence
- Customer Retention %age to increase from 36% to 45%
Events & Promotions :
- Implementation of referral programs for customers
- Communication to existing customers
- Planning & executing of Events to maintain Customer Retention
- Manage & update Customer Files
- Manage & update Customer Files
- Health Checks followups with the customer and ensure that all customer have done the same.
Customer Experience & Customer Satisfication :
- Calling all the existing customers and keeping abreast with all the information of each individual customers
- Resolve customer issues by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate corrective action.
- Issues tracking, Problem solving & Communication
Operations :
- Responsible for adhering operating protocols and Check lists
- Maintain accurate database of all existing clients
Upselling :
- Upselling (Diet, SPA, and new offers and any other offerings)
People Management :
Training & Performance Management
