The Job

- Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Freight Sales Person to join their team. As a Freight Sales Person with at least 1 year of experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

- Identify and prospect potential clients in the freight forwarding/logistics industry.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

- Provide personalized solutions and quotes based on clients' shipping requirements.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient freight operations.

Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to leverage new opportunities.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.

- Handle contract negotiations and secure long-term partnerships.

Ideal Candidate

- Minimum 6 Months of proven experience in freight sales within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients effectively.

- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.

- Familiarity with freight operations and industry regulations is preferred.
