Job: Inside Sales Executive
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an outbound call centre
Location: Vidya Nagari, Kalina, Santacruz East, Mumbai
Working days: 5
Timing: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Role and responsibilities "
1. Data scraping by Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up with them for generating warm and hot prospects.
2. Analyse customer's needs and explore sales opportunities.
3. Answering potential customers' queries and building engagement by sending additional information.
4. To remain updated about product and service related updates such that latest input can be shared with prospects.
5. Generating and maintaining a database of existing and potential customers.
6. Competition updates
7. Researching for new sources of Data and qualifying new leads.
8. Closing Sign ups and achieving monthly targets.
Experience and Qualification :
A Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in an outbound call centre.
Experienced in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to deliver excellent phone and cold calls.
Prior Inside sales Calling & emailing experience
