Inside Sales Role - Education (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Identify and prospect potential customers within the data science education sector, including educational institutions, training centers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to establish relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Understand customer needs, pain points, and challenges related to data science education and provide appropriate solutions.
- Effectively articulate the value proposition of our data science education products and services to prospective customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately tracking and managing all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the data science and education sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product development, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Provide feedback from customers to the product development team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Attend industry conferences, events, and trade shows to network with potential customers and promote our brand.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Education, Computer Science) is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role, preferably within the education or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of data science concepts, tools, and technologies, with the ability to discuss and understand customer requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and engage with customers effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Knowledge of the education landscape and familiarity with data science education trends is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and events.
