Job Description :

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities Include:

- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

- Understanding customer needs and requirements

- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

Job brief:

- We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

- Handling marketing qualified leads from various inbound (or outbound) channels and taking them through the sales funnel till conversion by responding promptly with solutions and doing the necessary follow-ups

- Potentially close the deals via calls.

- Take complete ownership of CRM for your prospects/leads/clients

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects

- Opportunity to build and lead of team of Inside sales executives

Requirements:

- Proven inside sales experience

- Track record of over-achieving quota

- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

- Excellent verbal, writen communication,negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Experience/Knowledge in Digital Marketing would be a huge plus

- 2-3 years of relevant experience

- BBM/MBA in Marketing degree or equivalent
