Inside Sales Role - Education (1-8 yrs)

Mumbai Job Code: 111992

1. Candidate must have min. 6 months of experience in inside sales/outbound sales/customer relationship/Telemarketing/Business Development/Lead Generation/Pre-sales.

2. Initiating phone conversations with parents who complete the demo classes for their kids.

3. Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle.

4. Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, whatsApp,SMS, calls.

5. Achieving the weekly targets in a high pressure performance driven competitive environment.

6. Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, Average revenue per sale, etc.

Shift Timing :

- Night Shift 1:00 AM - 10:00 AM

- Night Shift 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM

- Day Shift 9:30 AM - 9:30 PM (Any 9 hours)

Week Off :

- 1 Rotational week off between Mon to Fri

- Sat & Sun fixed working
