Inside Sales Role - Education (0-1 yrs)
Our Client is a well-funded Edutech startup, founded by serial entrepreneurs from IIT Bombay to change the way we learn. We sell high-quality online courses on a variety of topics, from exam preparation to certifications.
Job Timing: 10.30 am to 7.30 pm
Working Day: 6 Days & Sundays Off
Role and Responsibilities :
1. Dialing 50-80+ calls and counseling students who have enquired about the product/services.
2. Scheduling free demo lectures for the students.
3. Doing post demo calls and closing sales.
4. Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
5. Work on targets and under pressure as this is a hardcore sales profile.
6. Flexible to work on additional days and hours.
CTC: Fixed CTC plus Incentive (1.80 lacs pa to 3 lacs pa as per interview )
