Inside Sales Role - eCommerce (2-4 yrs)

Role is to identify new sales leads, pitching products and/or services and maintaining fruitful relationships with the existing customers. This role is a crucial one for our business with the ambition to expand or the necessity to diversify its clientele.
- Researching organizations to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Making reports and provide feedback to upper management about what is and is not working on a timely basis. Coordinating & working in sync with the sales team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Driving sales across locations and optimization of leads to bookings funnel
- Ensuring process and policy adherence across Inside Sales function, with a focus on delivering the best-in-class customer communication and meeting sales targets
- Improving customer communication and sales pitch
- Constant performance monitoring and project revisions basis outputs
- Liaise with retail teams and take ownership of meeting sales targets
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
