Inside Sales Role - Cloud Solutions (4-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Developing, managing and be one point of contact for the existing partner ecosystem

- Monitoring and executing programs to manage channel health

- Setting up, managing and developing sales leads through the utilization of effective business improvement tools

- Managing channel training and retraining programs on products, soft and selling skills

- Provide feedback to marketing to help programs and events extend the relationships to new prospects.

- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

- Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.

- Close deals and supervise deployments until invoicing and collection is completed.

- In charge of preparing and delivering customer presentations, promotional proposals, and other business endeavours.

- Adequate knowledge of Cloud Technologies - IAAS/Managed Hosted Services/Public cloud/Private cloud

- Network Security, Data Center and Remote IT Infrastructure

- Management and related terms and technologies

- Create business opportunities in all domains of

- Manufacturing, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom and IT, Pharma, Healthcare, Life Science and brick & mortar sectors

- Familiarity with the software services or IT markets and trends

- Expertise in Microsoft Office
