Inside Sales Role - BPO (1-4 yrs)
This is a Permanent Work From Home Opportunity with an organization headquartered in United States (US)
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as Inside Sales Representative or similar role
- Minimum 1 year of International Sales experience is a must
- Should be willing to work in US Shift
- Excellent clarity in communication.
- Ability to deliver engaging product demos
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Understanding sales performance metrics
- Experience using a CRM
- Highly energetic and self-motivated individual with a drive to reach for the sky.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact leads via phone, email, LinkedIn and webchat
- Qualify, nurture leads and walk leads through - Assisted Buying- experience till closure.
- Qualify leads from marketing Campaigns into sales opportunities.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate product/services.
- Customize product solutions to increase customer adoption/satisfaction.
- Build long term trusting relationships with clients.
- Collate and help Product and Marketing teams with feedback.
- Build reports to present to the Manager.
