Inside Sales Role - Applicant Tracking System (2-10 yrs)
Description :
Some Base Responsibilities (Not Limited to) :
- Finding the Prospective leads and selling an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) called Talsuite (that gives you a visual representation of your candidates across various stages of your hiring process)
- Collect the required information from prospects for demos.
- Prospecting and sales closure over the phone. Cold calling and finding prospective clients
- Fixing an appointment with the decision-makers for the demonstration of the tool.
- Responsible for Lead Generation, Email marketing, Cold calling, Market Research and finding prospective clients
- Responsible for data extraction and detail level research on the company targeted
- Manage, maintain and update the call responses in a database and regular follow up with the prospects.
- Execution and Deployment of Email campaigns. Aggressive follow-ups & co-ordination.
