Inside Sales Role (3-4 yrs)
Job description for inside sales :
Main Interface : Internal & External Customers
Main Job Duties :
- Connect with Channel partners and retailers and maintain good relations with them to ensure monthly orders and sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service to develop and maintain relationships with key partners/customers. Be proactive to provide information and respond to questions in a timely manner.
- Maintain correct customer records and sales transactions.
- Transfer enquiries to respective salesperson/sales manager if Value >0.1 MINR.
- Provide assistance to customers/CPs/ Retailers, answer questions, respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, ship dates; expedite orders, follow through on quotes, and complete sales orders.
- Coordinate sales related activities with all members of the sales, marketing, operations and product support team.
- Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame, stay up to date with new features and product launches.
- Have a basic understanding of products.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and escalating timely.
- Perform other duties as assigned
