Job description :
- Vendor interaction & negotiation to getting competitive prices
- Maintaining healthy customer relations. Addressing to queries / issues in a satisfactory manner and escalating their satisfaction levels
- Preparation of contract agreement with the help of legal team.
- Drive the Tender/RFP/EOI, BID preparation.
- Identifying, Co-ordinating & Compiling all documents for bid
- Raising queries to Pre-bid Meeting
- Negotiation with vendors
- Interacting with Client, Consultant, etc.
- Strong communication skill with good interpersonal and positive attitude
- Interacting with Client for lease generation
- Interacting with Client with during bid and post submission of the bid.
- Able to submit bid on time with independently
- Coordinating with Agents for feedback from existing customer, new projects, their commission statements, cross checking the same with our data, arranging their payment through account in their respective countries.
- Responsible to Co-ordinate with ASM for day-to-day operations Responsible to make the sales order, sending quotation to clients.
- Follow up with customers for orders.
- Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products.
