Inside Sales Professional - IT (3-5 yrs)
This requirement is with our esteemed IT Client in Pune, looking for Inside Sales professionals to capture the US / Europe Markets.
Specific Responsibilities -
- Research for client engagement opportunities and identify ways to build a connection
- Design out of the box client penetration approaches based on objective insights and information
- Understand the business context and complex client challenges, craft sales pitches, define pragmatic solutions and be the front face for solution defense discussions with clients
- Independently develop demand generation process and convert leads into viable client conversations with partners
- Create marketing assets to support go-to-market plan - website content, product brochures, white papers, competitive value propositions, etc.
- Responsibility will include cold calling, lead generation, passing them on and should actively be leading the deal from lead to closure
- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure
- Develop strategic territory business plan
- 3-5 years of Inside sales experience with one or more consulting/analytics solutions companies
- Strong exposure to Big Data, Cloud & Digital Transformation landscape
- Strong ability to engage at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships.
- Domain knowledge of Finance/Logistics/Retail/Travel will be preferred
- Experience of working in International markets across diversified industries (primarily US)
- Master's Degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or Equivalent (optional)
