Inside Sales Leader - IT (8-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Team Leadership and Management :
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 5-10 inside sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Should be a target driven person with Sales acumen
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Motivate the team to meet and exceed lead generation and sales targets.
2. Lead Generation and Quality Monitoring :
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead generation through outbound sales efforts.
- Oversee the quality of leads generated, ensuring alignment with business objectives and B2B requirements.
- Utilize CRM tools to monitor, analyze, and enhance the lead generation process.
3. Outbound Sales Activities :
- Manage outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging social connections.
- Develop targeted outreach strategies for prospect engagement and nurturing.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in customer interactions and lead management.
4. Strategic Planning and Execution :
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to optimize the sales pipeline.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
5. Reporting and Metrics Management :
- Track, analyze, and report key sales performance metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, and team productivity.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for process improvement.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates to senior management on team performance.
Qualifications & Skills :
Must-Have :
- Should have achieved Sales targets in the current roles along with team
- 8-10 years of experience in inside sales, with 4-5 years in outbound sales (cold calling, email campaigns, social selling).
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience managing and mentoring a team of inside sales professionals.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation tools and CRM systems.
- Proven expertise in B2B sales, with exposure to IT, ITES, or e-publishing industries.
- Target-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred :
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
