Responsibilities:
- To handle customer inquiries.
- To help customers in order placement.
- To ensure sales closure.
- To guide the customers for order placement on the job portal.
Desired Profile:
- Smart female candidates with good communication skills.
- Preference will be given to the candidates from Printing and/or Advertisement industry.
- Someone who has experience in handling customer inquiries.
- Soft-spoken and good in customer service.
- Should have good knowledge of computers and internet.
- Freshers can also apply.
