Inside Sales Coordinator (0-3 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Making cold calls to generating the new leads
- Understanding the customer needs and requirement & provide the information to respective team members for the technical solution
- Route opportunities to the concerning department for further development and deal closure.
- Contact the customers for orders over the telephone for goods and services.
- Explain the benefits of the products or services to potential clients.
- Provide pricing details of the products or services.
- Deliver the scripted sales pitch to the customer and to adjust the same as per the specific individuals.
- Take the orders of the product over the telephone accurately.
- Direct the leads to the technical sales team when required
Required Candidate profile
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Any Degree
- Work location Chennai Madhavaram, Kodamabakkam
- Timing: 8 hrs/6 day week
- Fluent in English must
- Immediate Joiner preferred
