Inside Sales/Business Development Role - SaaS Firm (3-6 yrs)

Role Description :

- We are creating a new inside sales team to grow our expanding SaaS business. We are looking for someone to join us on this journey who is seeking a new challenge and would love an opportunity to learn a growing business inside and out and build a sales career working with the world's leading media companies and broadcasters. This team and role are key to our future growth plans and we are excited to find someone who wants to join us at this important stage and play a key part in our future success.

As an Inside Sales Business Development Representative, you will qualify & nurture marketing generated leads and prospect for your own business, interacting with all sizes of clients and internal departments and being a vital member of the sales organisation with a focus on the APAC region. Utilising e-mail, social media, outbound phone calls & video demonstrations you will act as our first line consultant with customers, helping them access the right information at the right time and in the right way demonstrating the value of our propositions to their business. We are following hybrid model of working with flexibility to balance office and home working.

Responsibilities :

- Action, qualify & develop Inbound marketing generated leads using all available tools including outbound calls, social media responses & email.

- Use provided tools and your social media expertise to research, source & generate your own new business prospects and target areas within the APAC region.

- Provide a vital flow of feedback to marketing & product on the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns and product offerings and matches.

- Update & maintain information in our CRM system and manage an effective business pipeline.

- Achieve and exceed all set KPI metrics to make sure you meet and exceed revenue & activity goals.

- Gain a wide-ranging knowledge of our products and offerings and be able to present them in an accessible way to all potential prospects.

- You are able to convert new prospect interest into meetings & opportunities.

- You're motivated, focused and are at your best when collaborating and leveraging collective expertise across your internal and external network and can utilise data and metrics to help you achieve this.

- You've worked hard to develop your early-stage career so far and want to join a new team where you will really be able to make your mark and develop your skills with regular coaching and a close team dynamic.

- You fluently read/write/speak in English - any other business level language would be an advantage but is not essential.
