Inside Sales Specialist - Account Based Marketing

BI WORLDWIDE India marketing team is currently hiring - Inside Sales Specialist for enterprise loyalty and engagement solutions - responsible for outbound demand generation, lead qualification, lead funnel management, managing sales tools such as Salesforce.com, Lusha, LI Sales Navigator, Pardot and database management (experience in list sourcing, B2B sales, large account/enterprise management, Clevel contact & relationship management).

Key Skill Set :

- Demand and Lead Generation

- C-level contact & relationship management (CHROs/CMOs/CXOs)

- Source, Develop and Manage - Database and Lists

- Good understanding and knowledge of pre-sales/sales tool - SFDC, Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Lusha, Pardot

- Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Reach out to the decision makers at all levels for the target accounts(addressable market) using various outreach methods including cold calling, emails and LinkedIn Inmails.

- Engage the decision makers, understand their ecosystem, pain points, needs, provide helpful insights and handle that relationship until they are interested enough to explore the solutions.

- Generate SQLs(Sales qualified leads) by meeting the ANUM(Authority,Need,Urgency and Bugdet) criteria.

- Create the account development document by including existing business and opportunity details, client stakeholders- designation and contact formation.

- Fix the appointment of all warmer meetings between the client stakeholders and the business development team.

- Participate and capture the insights of warmer meetings at all levels (internal+client calls) with the business development team.

- Provide weekly, fortnightly and monthly forecast on marketing/sales qualified leads.

- Update the CRM System on a regular basis with updated and correct target/account and funnel information. Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM will be an advantage.
