About the Role :

Naukrigulf.com is looking to hire energetic, competitive, Graduates/Post Graduates from Delhi/NCR as Inside Sales Executives to help launch them into a long-term career in sales with Info Edge.

The assignment is based at Noida and is comprised of extensive training that allows candidates long term growth opportunities. Your experience will be unique and personalized based on developmental and business needs.

At every stage you will have a chance to work closely with your peers, leaders, and participate in various developmental programs.

Job Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To :

- Develop relationships through phone, email, social media and professional networking with customers in the Gulf region.

- Prospect revenue opportunities (cold call) and build a pipeline to chase monthly/quarterly targets.

- Develop account relationships and close sales quickly

- Build a strong client relationship and grow accounts to their maximum potential

- Introduce the products, understand prospect's hiring needs, share relevant proposals, negotiate, close the deal, after sales service and renew subscription.

- Coordinate with different departments and act as the customer's point of contact to ensure all queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately

- Manage complete sales cycle independently

Person Specification : (skills, knowledge and experience required)

- Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills

- 1.5 - 3 years of experience in Sales with exposure of handling international clients will be preferred

- Self-motivated and driven to plan and execute sales generation

- Commitment to exceed targets

- Strong planning & organization skills with the ability to manage customer expectations

- Well organized and self-disciplined with ability to prioritize under pressure

- Able to build good working relationships across all levels

- Able to work in a team and independently

- A strong commercial awareness

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
