INRY - Senior Analyst - Market Research (5-7 yrs)

We are looking for an aspiring Senior Market Research Analysts to build and run new solutions aligned to specific industry needs.

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Explore solution opportunities for INRY by:

- Carrying-out market research

- Analyzing emerging technology trends and innovations

- Aligning to INRY's strategy

Provide industry-specific product/solution insights

- Build detailed business cases for new solutions

- Define and validate solution ideas by working with internal stakeholders

- Develop and validate go-to-market plans collaborating with internal stakeholders

- Socialize and execute solution launch plans

Collaborate with relevant marketing functions in

- Building marketing content for new solutions

- Driving marketing initiatives to generate leads

- Work with product and technology development teams in building the end-to-end solution

- Support delivery functions in establishing capabilities to implement solutions

- Monitor solutions- performance in the market and take necessary actions

- Manage solutions through-out their lifecycle (concept - launch - support - upgrade - retire)


- MBA or Engineering Graduates from Tier-1 schools

- 5-7 years of experience working as a Senior Market Research Analyst

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to learn technology products and platforms

- Ability to own and drive initiatives independently

- Ability to lead/work on cross-functional teams

- Ability to work with limited supervision; willingness to take responsibilities and drive initiatives

- Exposure to Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Retail industry value chains is an added advantage


- Use the entire funnel, from Awareness, Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, to Referral, to find the most significant revenue growth opportunities

Be involved in building the solution to retain and expand existing customers by asking the following questions:

- Does the solution match the customer's needs?

- Where is friction when using the solution?

- Does the solution provide sufficient value?
