Job Title: Presales Consultant with ServiceNow and ITSM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Presales Consultant who has expertise in ServiceNow and ITSM solutions to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance, consulting services, and support to our clients during the pre-sales phase of our ServiceNow projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of successful ITSM implementations using ServiceNow.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct presales activities, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) evaluations to support sales efforts.

- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

- Provide consulting services to customers on ServiceNow products and ITSM processes and best practices.

- Collaborate with project teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements and provide value to their business.

- Participate in product roadmap discussions with ServiceNow and provide feedback to product management teams.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, trends, and technology innovations in the ITSM space.

- Assist with the preparation of proposals, estimates, and statements of work (SOW).

- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality technical guidance, support, and advice during the presales process.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in ITSM consulting and presales.

- Proven experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementations and integrations.

- Strong technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ITIL processes.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

- ServiceNow certification(s) are a plus.
