We're looking for result-oriented Inside sales leads with 8+ years of sales experience in the international market and Embedded/IT/Healthcare/BFS IT selling experience. She/He will be an integral part of a high-performance sales engine that is driven and rewarded purely based on performance/execution. - Proven track record of independently converting leads into meetings with business units- or words to that effect

Designation : Business Development Manager / Sr. Lead Generation - IT Service Sales

Experience : 10+ Years - Min 5 Years in international IT Service Sales.

Location : Bangalore / Remote

Notice : Immediate / 15 days

Requirement :

- Must have good understanding on all IT technologies.

- Cold calling and digital selling of Software, Digital and Consulting services into potential customers in the international market.

- Value-added research of potential customers and initiate business dialogue with C-level target audience, IT/Digital Heads and Business Heads

- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and manage end-to-end sales cycle towards achieving the IT sales target

- Regular interaction with business unit offerings/practice teams for a better understanding of the service/solution offerings

- Managing and mentoring the junior team member to generate new business opportunities

- Self-motivated, organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision
