About the role :

You will the champion of integrating the value provided by our products into customers- actual needs. Right from onboarding the customer onto the platform to creating use case write-ups that help them champion our product scale-up within the organization, will be your bread and butter. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our product and services and that they are able to utilize our technology to its full potential.

In this role, you will :

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, answering their questions and addressing any concerns they may have.

- Provide training and support to clients on the use of our product through online and in-person sessions.

- Design, develop and deliver interactive product training in a variety of formats including video, e-learning, and virtual sessions.

- Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure that they are set up for success with our product.

- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with our product and services, and to identify any potential areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with the internal teams [sales, product, etc] to provide feedback from clients and help drive product enhancements.

- Monitor client usage of our product and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Identify and generate use-case write-ups for customers based on the data acquired from their sites and help create a case for their management to scale up the product across the organization.

- Translate customer needs into technical/feature specifications for the design, hardware, and software teams.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction with our company.

Minimum requirements for the role:

- 2+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- BE/B. Tech, ME/M. Tech.

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

- Proficiency with CRM and other customer success tools.

- Knowledge of the electrical infrastructure industry is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced & ambiguous start-up environment.
