1. At least 3 years of experience working as a Team lead / Sr. Team lead in payments industry (Pine Labs | Mswipe technologies P Ltd. | Ezetap mobile solutions | Citrus payment solutions | Payu | Paytm

2. Total experience should be not less than 4 - 5 years

3. Strong Communication Skill

4. Solid experience in handling Customer servicing

5. Experience in handling team - At least 10-15 people

6. Preferably a Tech.Graduate

7. Knowing multiple language (English, Hindi plus any 1or 2 regional language ) is a plus
