Content Management :
- Build monthly content calendars based on what works on different social handles
- Coordinate with internal teams and manage agencies for content creation that is in line with the brand personalities
- Spot trends on social media and incorporate them in content keeping the brand personalities in mind
- Position every single product with a distinct campaign in line with the brand personality
Community Building :
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to build community online
- Reply to necessary customers/accounts that reach out to us
Performance Analysis :
- Map follower growth on Instagram and LinkedIn
- Analyze insights of high performing content pieces with organic engagement
- Analyze engagement data and prepare monthly analysis reports
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in journalism or relevant field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in social media
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self Motivated
- Digital Savvy
- A good follower base and high engagement rate on personal social media handle
- Active on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter
