Innovatise - Manager - Customer Success (3-9 yrs)
To strengthen our Customer Success Team we are looking for an enthusiastic German speaking CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER leading our German customers to success.
Our innovative, open and independent digital marketing platform and gym app myFitApp is used by sports facilities to acquire, retain and engage members giving them the best user experience in- and outside the gym. With 1,500 sportsfacilities in Germany and the UK using our software, we are the market leader in this area. Our customersinclude large, medium and small fitness chains and individual clubs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Based on your German language skills you will be assigned one or more of the following responsibilities
- You lead the on boarding of our new customers independently. In the introductory phase you assess the requirements, do the project management, train the customer on our software and produce a customer-app independently in cooperation with the customer in our innovative web cockpit
- You independently create the visual design of the app, based on templates or you create new designs. You do this in Photoshop (or similar image processing tools)
- After the go-live you oversee the customer's progress in adopting the app, you optimize the use ofour software, so that the customer generates the most value with our digital marketing platform.
- You are a product expert and you train the customer on new and existing functionality over chat,email and screen-share.
- You write articles for our customer knowledge base
- You lead regular customer reviews and uses the opportunity to engage customers of our new products.
- You are the contact person on the phone and chat, if your customer needs help. You solve customer problems in collaboration with our international team.
- You help customers set up their Apple Developer Accounts.
WHAT YOU BRING
- You speak German fluently, so you can talk to our German customers on the phone and screen-shares
- You are proficient in writing German to engage with our customers via chat and email.
- You put the customer in the center, you are highly service oriented, and you love to make customers successful.
- You are software-savvy and you use online tools effortlessly.
- You are organized, structured and you are self-motivated
- You are safe in English both spoken and written, in order to communicate with our international team.
- Ideally you bring digital marketing experience and have a passion for it.
- Ideally you worked in an agency operated in a marketing team of a company or have independent digital marketing.
- Ideally you are creative and have an eye for good design and user experience. Simple photo editing and design are not a problem for you
