InnovationM - Executive - Telecalling (0-3 yrs)
TeleCaller Executive profile will be responsible for below mentioned duties:
- Daily calling to customers, meeting assigned target.
- Daily calling customer and promote/marketing about their features and services of product.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
- Minimum 6 Months of experience in International BPO or Domestic Bpo.
- Candidate should be comfortable for Outbound process.
- Candidate should be interested in Day shift.
- Candidate should be comfortable to work for 6 days a week.
