The Role:

The Sales Development Representative will play an integral role in driving the growth of our customer base and revenue through generating qualified leads for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to break into the high-tech sales industry or take your sales career to the next level. The SDR is to generate through prospecting techniques, an average of 20-30 meetings per month.

How You Will Make an Impact:

- Research target companies and key decision makers to identify their business challenges and need for Innovapptive solutions.

- Write compelling emails and tell engaging stories that leave prospective customers wanting to learn more about the value of our products.

- Qualify accounts for short- and medium-term opportunities.

- Accurately update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with customer data.

- Schedule opportunities to engage with prospects and members of the sales team.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing to continuously improve our lead generation and follow up process.

What You Bring to the Team:

- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree is a plus

1-4 years as a SDR for enterprise SaaS company is a plus

- North America/EMEA region experience

- Outbound experience

- Proficient communication both written and oral

- Detail oriented and diligent

- Must thrive in a fast-paced competitive environment

- Excellent organization and analytical skills
