YOUR ROLE

We- re looking for Senior Associate-Strategic Partnerships to accelerate our strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, recommending, and closing strategic business opportunities

THE REALLY GREAT THINGS YOU- LL BE DOING

- Support the management of full partnership cycle from prospecting, on-boarding to on- going management.

- Research potential partners, identify key players and generate interest through networks, cold calls, and emails.

- Liaise with Legal team and prepare proposals, SOWs & contracts and partnership programs.

- Develop partner onboarding plan.

- Maintain ongoing partner relationships.

- Work with Partners to develop a sales pipeline.

- Maximize revenue from existing partnerships.

- Establish methods and practices to generate new business from each new partner.

- Devise programs for each partnership designed to attract qualified sales leads.

- Provide management with feedback impacting partnership programs.

- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales manager for closure.

- Ensure the operation and accuracy of data on the CRM.

- Understand org level revenue targets and contribute to pipeline generation by streamlining all internal people & processes.

WHAT LANDS YOU THIS ROLE

- BS degree preferably in STEM fields. Graduate degree preferred.

- Partner sales and/or alliance development experience.

- Demonstrated experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams including direct and channel marketing, sales teams, product management, and account management teams.

- Great work ethic and proven team-building skills.

- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.

- Ability to prospect new customers through research, networking, and cold-calling.

- Ability to develop and present complex business reviews/presentations.
