About the Role:

A Digital Marketing Executive/Asst Manager plays a specialized role as part of the Digital Marketing & Analytics team. Through digital and online techniques and analysis, the digital marketing executive pursues specific goals in lead generation, lead qualification, communication, brand building and conversion.

The executive should have strong analytical skills with marketing science and should possess strong social media presence and demand generation skills using a variety of technologies and platforms.

Responsibilities

- Development of a digital marketing strategy for Demand Generation and Brand awareness

- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising

- Execute PPC/paid campaigns to meet demand generation targets

- Strategize and execute On-page and Off-page SEO activities for desired rankings on SERP (Optional)

- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

- Create and execute social media strategy tailored to different platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter)

- Manage and maintain the organisation's website(s)

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion

- Fix any errors or bugs in online content

Skills :

- Hands on experience with paid promotions on social, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

- Expert in using Google Analytics to understand user behaviour and web traffic

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Expert Marketing Automation skills on Hubspot/Salesforce.

- Ability to create engaging Business workflow for the same.

- Intermediate to Expert CRM Administration Skills

Qualifications :

- 2-3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably for the US Geography

- BTech/BE/ Undergraduation is mandatory; MBA in marketing is preferred

- Candidates from B2B Technology companies or Tier I agencies (having worked with established B2B Brands) will be given preference
